Debone the chicken breast and remove the skin. Slice the chicken breast and put in a food processor and grind the chicken meat.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and add raw egg, salt, pepper and bread crumbs. Mix the ingredients until well combined.
Knead the mixture using your hands until smooth.
Wet your hands then scoop 2 to 3 tablespoon of the mixture and form into a ball.
Press a small slice of ham and cheese on the center of the ball then form the ball again until it becomes a sphere.
Do the same procedure on the rest of the chicken mixture.
Prepare 3 bowls containing beaten egg, cornstarch, bread crumbs.
Dip each balls first in egg, then dredge in cornstarch, dip again in the egg, then coat with bread crumbs.
Heat cooking oil in a deep pan then fry the balls until golden brown.
Remove from pan and transfer to a wire rack to drain excess oil.
Serve with catsup or sweet chili sauce.
