Tired of the same old spaghetti you cook most of the time but you don’t want to cook a complicated spaghetti dish? I think this recipe is the answer. This recipe is so simple that you only have to saute the garlic and crab fat than add the spaghetti sauce then simmer for a few minutes.
To cook spaghetti with crab fat; Fry half of the garlic until golden brown in 2 tablespoons cooking oil. Set aside. Saute remaining garlic in the oil where you fried the first half of the garlic, add the crab fat and saute for a few minutes. Add the spaghetti sauce simmer for 10 minutes. Add some water while cooking if the sauce is too thick. Pour over or mix with cooked spaghetti. Garnish with fried garlic and grated cheese.
