- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 pcs red onion chopped
- 5 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3 pcs bay leaves
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 pcs green chili peppers siling haba
- 4 cups water
