To cook pan fried chicken in creamy tomato sauce; Rub chicken with granulated seasonings, salt and pepper. Leave to marinate for at least 15 minutes. Set aside. Pan-fry marinated chicken fillets in melted butter until slightly brown. Transfer into a platter and cover to keep warm. In the same pan, saute onions, and tomatoes for 30 seconds. Season with chicken broth cubes, salt, rice wine and sugar. Remove from heat and let cool. When sauce has cooled, pour into blender and puree until smooth. - 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup canned diced tomatoes
- 1 pc chicken broth cube
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup rice wine
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 250 ml all-purpose cream
