To cook grilled salmon steak in cream butter sauce; Marinate the salmon steaks with salt, pepper and lemon juice for about 10 minutes. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper then coat with corn oil and bake until the skin starts getting browned and wrinkled. Set aside. Peel, wash and cut the potatoes into desired shape. - 4 pcs salmon steaks
- 1/4 cup corn oil
- 24 pcs tinned green asparagus drained (6 pcs per serving)
- 4 pcs whole tomatoes
- 4 pcs potatoes peeled, shaped into wedges, boiled, seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1 pc lemon sliced into 4 wedges as garnish
- 1 pc lemon extract juice to marinate the salmon
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups all-purpose cream
- salt and pepper to taste
