- cooking oil for frying

- 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar or white distilled
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon prepared yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. all spice powder
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
