Budin is a Filipino bread pudding and usually it is cooked as a dessert. But this version of budin has ham, chorizo de bilbao and grated cheese. It’s more of a meaty snack than a sweet dessert.

- 1 tall can 14 fl. oz. or 1-3/4 cup evaporated filled or evaporated milk, scalded and cooked
